JWC Youth Group is for rising 6th thru 12th graders.  We meet weekly on Wednesday evenings from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.  We have students from many school districts including but not limited to:  Bedford Co., Franklin Co., Roanoke Co., Salem and PCA.  A typical youth meeting includes prayer, Bible devotional, games, videos, and snacks.  We also do outside activities which include:  REACH OUT, District Lock in, hiking, Thunder Valley, WY conventions, visiting an NFL training camp, fund raisers and attend Christian concerts and Wesleyan youth events as well as Fields of Faith.  Some different meeting themes such as SURVIVOR and LIFE BOOKS are part of our weekly program.

“My goal is to see these students find Christ in their lives.  I want them to realize they are loved and are special.  Teen years can be difficult and I want to help encourage them through this time as they move into becoming a young adult.  I want to see them be a part of the church.”
